Program Name. Cyber Husky SMS Program, operated by Cyber Husky Inc. (“Cyber Husky,” “we,” “us”).
Program Description. By opting in to the Cyber Husky SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages from Cyber Husky related to your inquiry or business relationship with us. These messages may include scheduling and reminders for meetings and consultations, follow-ups on inquiries, quotes, and proposals, service and support updates, and account-related notifications. We send these messages to keep you informed and to respond to requests you have made of us.
How You Opt In. You may opt in to receive text messages by giving verbal consent to a Cyber Husky representative during a phone call or meeting, or by any other method where you expressly agree to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opting Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may opt in again using the method described above.

Carrier Liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://cyberhusky.io/legal/privacy-policy/. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
