We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments, including extensive experience in migrating on-premises IT solutions to the cloud using Microsoft 365 solutions like Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
This role requires a high degree of collaboration with a diverse team to facilitate the successful migration and administration of our enterprise clients' IT infrastructures to cloud-based solutions.

Junior Systems Administrator
We’re looking for someone who is early on in their IT career and eager to learn more and advance their career. We prefer that you have 6-12 months of experience and/or one or more IT certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or Cisco CCNA. Taking a job with us will help you hone your IT troubleshooting skills and see you work on a wide range of projects including Azure projects and cybersecurity initiatives. Help Desk Technician
As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide Tier 1 support to our customers via phone, email and computer chat. You will ask appropriate questions and use knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve their issues. You will escalate issues that extend beyond Tier I span of control.
Previous experience is preferred, but we also consider certifications, online courses, and your general attitude and ambition. You need to be a highly detail oriented and analytical individual to accurately capture customer interactions and close out submitted trouble tickets in a timely manner.
